Scott Keate is the Principal Broker and co-founder of Prosper RED Management. A real estate investor since 2003, Scott has personally owned and managed rental properties for over two decades. He brings an investor-first mindset to property and HOA management—focused on maximizing returns, protecting long-term value, and reducing owner stress.
Scott leads with a commitment to professionalism, transparency, and data-informed decisions. He’s structured Prosper RED to serve both individual landlords and portfolio investors using cutting-edge tools, predictive maintenance, and responsive tenant care.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys endurance sports, outdoor adventures, and time with his beautiful blended family. With deep roots in the community and a passion for helping others succeed, Scott is a trusted partner for property owners who want smart, reliable management.
Tapan Parikh – Technology
Tapan Parikh is an experienced real estate investor and accomplished technologist, serving as Vice President of Technology at Prosper RED Management. Stephanie Keate – Leasing & Sales
Stephanie Keate serves as Director of Leasing & Sales at Prosper RED Management, bringing years of top-tier performance and hospitality training to every client interaction. A consistent Top 500 real estate agent, Stephanie has completed dozens of successful transactions and is known for her high-touch, people-first approach. Trained in Ritz Carlton customer service standards, she delivers a level of professionalism, care, and follow-through that sets the tone for the entire leasing experience.
At Prosper RED, Stephanie participates in executing leases, tenant placement, property showings, and onboarding. She ensures that every listing is marketed effectively and every lease is executed with precision and care.
